IB4m using XSLT 2.0 and saxon

IB4ve got the following stucture:

<liste>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x">text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x">text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x">text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x">text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x"l>text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
   <absatz>
        <listenpunkt ilfo="x">text steht dann hier drinne
   </absatz>
</liste>

How can i check if all @ilfo have the same value ?!
@ilfo can only contain numbers.

Idea anybody ?!
