I am so glad I found today my good ol'e XSelerator is not dead and is
now available at sourceforge.

A very first glance shows editing support for XSLT 2.0 and plans for
some additional debugging/perf.tuning features.

I have always recommended XSelerator as *the* XSLT IDE and have been
using it for more than 7 years.
