Using English in England makes sense too, but don't expect everybody
to be able to understand your code.

Actually, I meant needing an editor that can work with IME or
similar to produce/input and read (is: show) the Chinese characters.
Wasn't it that Swahili, Esperanto and English were the only
languages completely supported by US-ASCII?
