Gestalt fulfills those requirements (XSLT 2.0 basic level).
At the moment, only a PPC binary is available. Assuming you have an
iMac, and are not satisfied with a PPC binary, you could either
compile it yourself or arrange to give me remote access to one so that
I could do so.

So my father does not have to use command line. There maybe a way to use
Aplple script or simular to do a graphical interface, for choosing files and
destination directories, etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by that in the context of XSLT.
To allow groups of files to be translated.
