I am new to this mailing list and have very little experience in XSLT, I did
an XBEL to HTML translator a few years ago but have not touched XSLT for
over 4 years.
I am wanting to translate an augmented XHTML (with footnote elements) to XHTML, but am having problems with the basics. I have the following but cannot seem to get it to match head or body :- <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
