You are not making it easy for list participants to understand your
question. You will improve the chances that you will receive prompt
and helpful responses by:
- asking specific enough questions that answers are possible. Describe
what you are trying to do, how you approached it, what happened, and
why you don't like the result you got - supplying small samples of files that illustrate your question or
problem. For example, an XML file, an XSLT stylesheet, the result
you got, and the result you want - all in miniature (and remembering
that everything posted to XSL-List is archived in public)The tiny fragments you are putting in your messages are not sufficient for people to run. I suggest that you make a very small XML file and a very small XSLT stylesheet that, when run, show the problem. If you send those, with a mock-up of the results you want from that sample XML file, it will be far easier for people to answer your question. (Also, it is not uncommon for people to answer their own questions in the process of creating small demonstrations of the problem.) -- Tommie At 8:43 AM -0700 3/27/08, Z W wrote: David Thanks for responding.
