The hyperlinks in lframe are the <h1> words (table headings) from the rframe, which point to the corresponding table in the right frame itself. It does add some clarity. Do you mean that you have an XML source and want to use a processor instruction to let it render your page? Because in that case, you should create the the panes in one HTML design (no frameset, just tables). But that will require a different approach.
