Using the following

<xsl:value-of select="format-dateTime(production/start-date,'[h]:[m]
[PN]','en',(),())" />

I get a result of " Thursday 13 September 2007 - 3:00 P.M. "

But I need to format the P.M. as simply PM

I'm using Saxon 8.
