What name-space is used for exslt:node-set?  I'm trying the following,
as described on http://www.exslt.org/howto.html, but Xalan throws the
error, "Prefix must resolve to a namespace: exslt."

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
         xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
         xmlns:math="http://exslt.org/common">

Should be
  xmlns:exslt="http://exslt.org/common"
if you later use exslt:node-set.
