okay.. guys I've got the clue: there is a BOM in the beginning of one
document and no in the beginning of the other. Oh my God, I hate those
modern editors. Why they doesnt show BOM? :(

But here the following question arises: how can I handle marks like
this from within xslt? Should I use some java transformations or
it is possible to handle this document in the stylesheet?
