Hi all,

I'm going to develop a project using XSLT and I have a question about using
XSLT 2.0. Most XSLT processors are only for XSLT 1.0 (LibXSLT, Xalan,
MSXSLT...). The only good choice I've found is Saxon.
Why is Saxon the only popular xslt 2.0 processor?? Why MS and most open source
projects don't use the 2.0 version?
