nice write up on this, once again DaveP should update XSLT FAQ with all
these.


Poor old Dave gets lumbered with updating the faq each time - it must
be time consuming and costly(?) to maintain the faq for little gain
other than the kudos...

Isn't there a public freely available wiki we could all update?
