Try a Google search on CALS Table to HTML - get lots of hits.

There is a an XSLT stylesheet in there by Andrew Welch which converts CALS Tables to HTML.

I need help in converting a table which is in CALS fomat into HTML
format using xslt and xslfo -that is for both HTML rendering and PDF
rendering.
