     <xsl:if test="string-length(ACCOUNT-NO) &gt; 0">
     <xsl:element name = "ACCOUNT-LIST">
                   <xsl:copy-of select="*"/>
     </xsl:element>
       </xsl:if>
      </xsl:for-each>
