It's pretty much impossible to follow your stylesheet as it has been
wrapped/mangled by the mailer so it's no longer well formed xml but you
have

      </xsl:template>
                                                </fo:block> 

That is you have a template inside the literal result fo:block element.

this is a syntax error, all templates must be children of
xsl:stylesheet.
