This is probably a FAQ....

Some user agents know how to process xml that looks like this:

  <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' ?>
  <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="/s/style.xsl" ?>
  <index/>

Some user agents don't.  I'd like push xslt processing onto the client
when available.  Any advice on how to do this?
