Well, in the archive(http://www.biglist.com/lists/xsl-list/archives/), messages are not nested
correctly.
Currently, it displays as follow:
Xuan Ngo
   JBryant
   Michael Kay
   Xuan Ngo

      Michael Kay
   Xuan Ngo
      David Carlisle
      Michael Kay

I was expecting as follow:
Xuan Ngo
   JBryant
