Saxon is the only Java based XSLT processor today
which implements XSLT 2.0 spec. You can download Saxon
from http://www.saxonica.com and include the jar files
saxon8.jar or saxon8sa.jar in system CLASSPATH which
ship with Saxon. Saxon-SA is commercial product (the
file saxon8sa.jar is for that). Its worth it to buy
Schema Aware Saxon if you can. Otherwise you can use
Saxon Basic processor.
