Subject: Building OpenURL formatted URLs in XSLT

I can't find specifications for &amp; in either:

rfc2396.txt -->  Query Component .... or
Z39.88-2004 --> OpenURL

But thanks for the confirmation of what I already knew --> well formed XML
I do find it interesting that using <xsl:text> within the data axis and the
attribute axis output can ouput different text.
