Yes.
You want a variant of the identity transformation, described often in XSLT
documentation and in the archives to this list. This is the commonest and
most versatile way of approaching "copy the entire document, except..."
types of problems.
Google for "XSLT identity transformation" and see what comes up. Ask again
if you get stuck.
