Hi Ranjan,

XSL FO is good at expressing exactly what you need, just say it:

<fo:block linefeed-treatment="preserve">
</fo:block>

This is one blank line. For three blank lines, just add the lines:

<fo:block linefeed-treatment="preserve">


</fo:block>
