Hi,
I'm glad that I can announce availability of generic conversion tool
from formatting objects to WordML based on XSLT. You can download it from
http://fo2wordml.sourceforge.net/
The stylesheet was written by my graduate student Jiri Pachman as a part
of his master thesis. So all credits should go to him.
