I'm new to the list, but found a post from last month regarding
DOCTYPE declarations in XSLT.  I  found an article that explained how
to get the proper doctype fro XSLT at
http://www.xml.com/pub/a/2002/09/04/xslt.html and wanted to share it

I'm relatively new to XSLT and am looking forward to learning more from you all.
