Hi Aaron,

It's still difficult to see what's going on.  If it's 'hard coded'
(literal result elements) then try reducing the code to just the problem
area - you might find that in doing this you find a solution.  Once you
have a stylesheet that just demonstrates the problem and does nothing
else, post that back and state what processor you are using as well.
