Hello,
How do I control the doctype?
My stylesheet kicks out the following doctype:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html xmlns:ms="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt">
However, I need to produce the following:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns:ms="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt"
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
