Sounds like an encoding issue -- I.e. it's being flagged as one encoding
whilst using another; If you're doing the transform with MSXML, use the
transformNodeToObject() method in place of transformNode() method.

   I am getting Question mark(?) instead blank space when using
<fo:block>&#160;</fo:block>.Can anybody help me on this?.
