Not necessarily, I think. I don't know exactly _all_ differences between
HTML and XHTML, but the latter can roughly be considered the well-formed
brother of HTML (HTML tagged docs abiding by XML constraints).
What exactly do you believe to be the issue with 'the page being viewable on
a Mac'?
I never really tested this, but I guess this would depend on the browser
being used on the Mac.
In any case, the templates I posted earlier already convert your source XML
into HTML (only thing that needs to be added is a root template to create
the containing HTML page).
