Subject: Special characters in xsl

I want to have a tag that looks as below.
<TAG>Creating Your? Applications</TAG>
My xsl will be
<h4><xsl:value-of select="TAG" /></h4>
I get an error when i try to display this using my
xsl, what am i missing here?
