Hi Lizet,
  The FOP can be downloaded from --
http://xml.apache.org/fop/index.html

The latest stable release is 0.20.5 . When you would
install it(just unpack the zip file in a folder), you
will get fop.bat and rest of the software. You can
also see information on how to run FOP at,

http://xml.apache.org/fop/running.html
