If you're using XSLT/XPath 1.0, there's no built-in date-handling
functionality, so you'll have to write your own or use extensions such as
EXSLT.  Beyond that, I can't tell you anything because you haven't provided
any sample input.  As Jerry Maguire might say, help us help you.
