Yeah sorry, if you haven't already spotted it that was a typo.

The line:

<xsl:variable name="indexToIDs" select="exsl:node-set($indexToIDs)"/>

Should of course read:

<xsl:variable name="indexToIDs"
select="exsl:node-set($indexToIDs-rtf)"/>

(and possibly change 'exsl' to 'xalan' depending on how your namespaces
are setup)
