Michael may decline to indulge in self-promotion, but the 2nd Edition of his
XSLT Programmer's Reference would be an excellent place to start. If you
need a tutorial, then Jeni Tennison's Beginning XSLT can help. With the
transition of Wrox titles to a new publisher, I'm not sure if they're
currently available in local bookstores, but you can find them at online
retailers.
