Yes:
<xsl:for-each select="@*">
<xsl:if test="starts-with(.,'S')">
...
</xsl:if>
</xsl:for-each>
or even:
<xsl:for-each select="@*[starts-with(.,'S')]">
...
</xsl:for-each>
if you're just going to ignore the attributes which don't start with 'S'.
