I'm assuming here you mean XSLT stylesheets to take ebXML instances to HTML for the web and XSL-FO for print. ... The "schemas for ebXML" ... which are the payload e-commerce messages that are sent back and forth across ebXML ... are the purview of the UBL committee:

I'm sorry, Eric, perhaps you were speaking of stylesheets for the protocols and profiles and process definitions for ebXML ... the Open ebXML project has an XSLT project for this at:

http://www.openebxml.org/projects/ptools/txslt/txslt.html
