How would I go about parsing some xml like this:

<BirthDate>10/12/00</BirthDate>

to:

<BirthDate>
   <BirthMonth>10</BirthMonth>
   <BirthDay>12</BirthDay>
   <BirthYear>00</BirthYear>
</BirthDate>

using xsl?
