  i have an XML file, as follows

<XML ID="NewsWebSites">
	<ROOT>
		<Site>
			<Column Title="MfgName"/>
			
		</Site>
		<Site>
			<Column Title="Manufactrer"/>
		</Site>
	</ROOT>
</XML>


my question is how to select the value of Title from XSL file
