Comments on XSLT 2.0, XPath 2.0, and XQuery 1.0 should go to
public-qt-comments - we decided to set up a single list for these three
specs as people had complained they weren't sure which to post to. 

xsl-editors remains the correct list for comments on XSLT 1.0, XPath
1.0, and XSL [FO] 1.0.
