  How would skip the repeating table cell?
  For example I have,


  A               B               C
  ----------------------------
  Kevin         English          A
  Kevin         C++              B
  Kevin         Math             A
  Tom          English           B
  Tom           Art               A
  Sarah        C++               A
  Sarah         Math            A


  I'd like to do some sort fo:block skip so that it would print


  A               B               C
  ----------------------------

                  C++              B
                  Math             A
  Tom          English           B

                  Math            A
