Sure he does - he has lots at
http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/sect2/N4486.html. You can get there as
follows -
1) http://www.dpawson.co.uk/
2) select "XSL Frequently Asked Questions".
3) select "XSLT Questions and Answers".
4) select "Grouping--Grouping".
I got there in about 10 seconds and I did not remember anything about
the structure of his pages.
Also, Googling for "xslt grouping faq pawson" got me to Jeni's pages at
http://www.jenitennison.com/xslt/, and she has a link for Grouping right
there. How I got Jeni's site from a query for pawson is an interesting
but OT subject.
Remember how Mike Brown was talking about problem solving? I will
admit, though, that sometimes it is hard to know what words to use to
find what you need in the FAQ pages. This one was easy - we already
knew to look for "grouping".
Cheers,
Tom P
