Why would you prefer DSSSL instead of XSLT if your dealing with XML?

Hi Chandra
You can also use DSSSL to transform XML into RTF, MIF, LeX/PDF, other
XML domain languages, other SGML domain languages.
Here is a link to start with: http://www.netfolder.com/DSSSL

Hi there,
I am new to this list. I was wondering if its possible to convert an
XML
document to a WORD document.
I have thought of 1 solution--I am not sure if its right.
1)Convert the XML doucment to an HTML document by parsing the XML file(
planning to use JAVA and XSL)
2)Open the HTML file in WORD.
Does anyone have any other idea?
Regards,
Chandra
