XSLTC compiles the following template but at runtime throws 
an error. Does anyone have a clue what the line

  <xsl:param name="data" select="self::node()[false()]"/>

could be doing; is supposed to do; does it make any sense?

<xsl:template name="POP_UP">
<xsl:param name="id"/>
<xsl:param name="data" select="self::node()[false()]"/>
</xsl:template>
