Yes, like this... didn't you try it?

/library/book[title = /personal_info/favorite_book]

No, I *didn't* try it the way that you specified--if I'd known to try it that way, I wouldn't need to be asking for help :) ... I did try it the way I wrote it, but of course it didn't work :(
