Would you ask Fortran question on a C list?

The transformation language built into IE5 (and no longer supported in
current MSXML versions >= 4) has only slight historical connection with
XSL (even if the microsoft documentation unhelpfully suggests that it
_is_ XSL).

You may be able to find a microsoft list or newsgroup that still deals
with that language, however upgrading IE5 to use XSL or switching to IE6
is usually a better option.
