Suman, please read the FAQ, the archives of this list, or my article
[1]: the WD-xsl namespace is not XSLT 1.0. You can use real XSLT 1.0 in
MSXML 3.0 by using the correct namespace. WD-xsl is no longer supported
by Microsoft or this list.
