Sorry, I accidentlly missed off a $ -- in the template, you need to
access the value of the $authors global variable:
<xsl:template match="Author">
<xsl:variable name="id" select="@id" />
<xsl:copy-of select="$authors[@id = $id]" />
</xsl:template>
