has the css stylesheet applied to it for it contains:
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="c.css" version="1.0"?>
It rendered with the orange dashed borders with:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux ppc; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221
