I would say if you absolutely cannot install msxml3/4 then you will need to
hunt down support from msdn or visit netcrucible.com (although I feel that
only explains the differences, and not really how to use wd-xsl)
If you dont know what I mean by msxml3/4 visit

and make sure you install it in side-by-side mode.
