Thanks - but the problem is not that FO/PDF supports the font -
it is installed and tested correctly - but that the font does not
support Bold, Italic or Bold-Italic, and I need to either find a font
that does (Type I or TTF) to embed, or to simulate the effect of
bold and italic.
