Subject: how to make data fit in a table cell in xsl-fo?

I am using FOP to convert some data into a PDF table.
However, since it is unpredicatetable how long the
data for a <fo:table-cell>, the data in one cell may
expand int the next cell. How can I make the data fit
in the pdf table?
