You haven't read the archives carefully enough. If you do, you will find any
number of responses telling you that "&" is incorrect HTML, and &amp; is
correct. Your XSLT processor is generating correct HTML, don't try to
persuade it to get it wrong just because many HTML authors get it wrong.
